I didn’t receive a discount when signing up from a referral

Referral discounts (wherein you may receive a discount on signing up when using a referral link from an existing user) are variable, depending on any promotions running at any given time. Sometimes referrals may offer a fixed or percentage discount (e.g. £10 or 10% off); other times there may not be a promotion running, and so a discount would not be applicable.
